Classic Overnight Oats

Ingredients

o   ½ cup oats

o   ½ cup milk of your choice

o   2 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)

o   1 tbsp maple syrup

o   1 tbsp chia seeds

o   1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

o   Handful strawberries (optional)

Directions

1.     Combine the oats, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, and flaxseeds in a jar. You can mix with a spoon or just close the jar and shake it vigorously.

2.     Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

3.     Top with sliced strawberries and enjoy.

This is my go-to breakfast because I can make it the night before and it’s very filling (not to mention delicious). When I was living in Boston and commuting to the office every day, I made this for weeks on end and never got tired of it, which I think says it all.
