Spring Time Toast

Ingredients

o   2 pieces of multigrain bread

o   4 tbsp peanut butter (please don’t measure this)

o   2 tsp hemp seeds (please don’t measure this)

o   2 tsp bee pollen (please don’t measure this)

Directions

1.     Toast the bread to your liking – maybe a golden brown.

2.     Spread the peanut butter over the toast then lay the strawberries on top. Drizzle the honey and top with the hemp seeds and bee pollen.

This is my go to toast when my allergies start to kick in during early spring as I’ve heard that eating local bee pollen can help seasonal allergies. Regardless of how effective that actually is, this toast is wonderful and comes together in no time. It also makes for a wonderful afternoon snack with a cup of tea.
